Pulpectomy

Pulpectomy is the complete removal of infected or necrotic pulp tissue from both the crown and root canals of a tooth, commonly performed on primary (baby) teeth. It acts as a "baby root canal" to treat severe decay or infection, allowing the tooth to be saved until it falls out naturally.
